CEDR Corporate Consulting Sdn Bhd (CEDR) was established in 1994. As the pioneer of Competency-Based Training and Education (CBTE) in Malaysia, we have had much experience helping Malaysian companies in various industries to develop a competent workforce. In 2001, CEDR was awarded Certificate of Appreciation by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) for our active contribution in training the Malaysian workforce.

We provide competency-based human capital development solutions that are practical and workable. Various organisations may be at different stages of implementing a competency-based training system. Through our consultancy and training services, CEDR is able to use its expertise and experience to facilitate the organisations progressive implementation of the competency-based training system to the next stage.
CEDR has a strategic alliance with TAFE, South Australia in offering the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104). With this arrangement, TAFE South Australia plays the role of accrediting and monitoring the quality of this certification which is conducted by CEDR. CEDR has been conducting this certification program (branded as CEDR CBTE Specialist Certification Program) since 1996.
