As the pioneer of Competency-Based Training and Education (CBTE) in Malaysia, we have had much experience helping Malaysian companies in various industries to develop a competent workforce. In 2001, CEDR was awarded Certificate of Appreciation by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) for our active contribution in training the Malaysian workforce.

CEDR has a strategic alliance with TAFE, South Australia in offering the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104).  With this arrangement, TAFE South Australia plays the role of accrediting and monitoring the quality of this certification which is conducted by CEDR.  CEDR has been conducting this certification program (branded as CEDR CBTE Specialist Certification Program) since 1996.
