CBTE Specialist Certification Program


Development of Training Programs, Delivery of Training Programs and Assessment of Competency these are the 3 core areas in Training and Assessment.  Through our CBTE (Competency Based Training & Education) Specialist Certification Program, human resource practitioners and others may be certified as Program Developers, Instructors and Assessors.
 
 

The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104) will be awarded by Department  of Further Education, Employment, Science and Technology, South Australia upon  successful completion of:

 


A) CBTE Instructor Certification Program (4 days)
B) CBTE Programme Developer Certification Program (4 days)
C) CBTE Assessor Certification Program (5 days)


 

Who need this?

Those who are required to conduct training, develop training programs, develop assessment tools or conduct assessment at the workplace

HR or HRD practitioners who will be implementing the competency based approach to training and assessment in their organisation
